im trying to upload mp3 audio tracks to my microsoft live website,and the only way to do it is to add them via an html code

There are a couple songs I want to put on my Myspace but Myspace Music doesn't have them and I have checked some sites for html codes. I have the songs I want on my page saved on my computer. How can I put these songs on my page?
Upload them to a website, and play them from there using their URL on that website.

A HTML file is a webpage format and an MP3 file is an audio file. There is no way to convert one to the other as they are totally different. If, by "convert", you mean that you would like to capture a file from a webpage, then try using File2HD.com.

HTML has nothing to do with it. Just upload those files to proper directories. Refer to the web hoster's instructions for specific details / rules for that host.
