I’m using freewebs and I’m creating a site from scratch, no premade templates. Is there some kind of upload site I could use to put my MP3 file in there and then use some kind of html code to embed that music to auto-play on my website?

I want to add my own bands tracks to my website. Can some one please post code for a simple mp3 player. I own a my own website and hosting etc. I want to be able to post mp3 files to my blog. like an audio blog. I get too lazy to type sometimes. All I need is an embeddable mp3 player to just play one mp3 file, nothing fancy. If you can just type the base code and tell me where to type the url to the mp3 file on my file server.
